Arundel Aged Care Nurse Case Adjourned

An Arundel aged care nurse charged with seriously assaulting a man will plead not guilty. Despite being ready to proceed with the matter in court that case was adjourned for 2 months.

"It's the worst it's been, it's just an ongoing problem. The poor magistrates that work here have got enormous work loads and we don't have anyone to take the strain off them. So consequently matters are simple getting moved from court to court and not being resolved." - Michael McMillan
